bucksmil requires general informaion name,mail,phone number,password.we generally donot require any personal info and we donot have any assocaiation with any firm/organization and donot use your personal info anywhere. make sure that your provided data must be correct in order to take benefits from our services.We currently donot ask any verification but we have the right to ask whenever we require. we donot promote any fraudulent,illegal and fake data.we require your correct and complete data in order to avoid any inconvenience but if you are found to do so bucksmil has the right to block ,terminate or suspend your account.you are responsible for maintaing you account's security , phone number,name,email etc and thats why insist to provide correct information and use of any illegal or faraudulent data is strictly prohibited.
Email/PHONE Verication
we generally donot require any verication but user must verify if required otherwise we hve the right to terminte or suspend their account.
Refund Policy
many companies are using Our merchants accounts.if you spend your money in any of that website your amount is immediately transferred to merchant'S account and we are unable to refund. but if you deposit your fund in Bucksmil Account and your deposit is still not sent or spent anywher than you can easily refund your money
Fund Transfer
you can transfer funds to internet world with no fee charges.
Bank Insant fund Deposits
A Bucksmil user can deposit instant fund deposit using BANK method which made at least 15 successful same sender bank account transactions. Otherwise, the system can take up to 24 hours for income fund verification. (Its only for Bank Deposit option)
AUTHORITY Policy
1. if we find any violation against our community standards ,we have the right to terminate or suspend your account . 2.we stricly suspect to use our serices for illegal support, misleading/faraudulentactivities otherwise we'll suspend your account without any query. 3.if you are found in any illegal activities ,we donot allow you our memebership anymore. 4.many websites integrate bucksmil, we are not responsible if they fraud or gamble money .we are responsible only for managing payments within our site.we are not responsible for any irrelevant suspicious activity from other sites.
Indemnity
You being User or Merchant agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out due to any violation by you or any other liabilities incurred by us arising out of your use of the services, or use by any other person accessing the services using your user account, device or internet access account; or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.
